  • How much does it cost to tow my vehicle?

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Our payment options include cash and all major credit cards for your convenience.

  • Can we pay over the phone?

    While we do not process credit card payments directly over the phone, we can provide a secure payment link via text message to facilitate your payment.

  • Can I ride with the tow truck to the drop-off location?

    We can accommodate up to two passengers to accompany the vehicle during transport to the drop-off location.

  • Do I need to be with my vehicle?

    Your presence at the vehicle's location is preferred. However, if you are unable to be there, please ensure the keys are left with the vehicle.

  • Can I make an appointment to have my car towed?

    Appointments can be scheduled up to one week in advance. However, they are not mandatory as our typical response time ranges from 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  • Do you tow long distances?

    We offer long-distance towing services, including to some neighboring states. Please contact us for specific details and a price quote.

  • Do you tow tool boxes and forklifts?

    We can tow certain tool boxes and forklifts, depending on their dimensions. Our capacity is limited to items under 10,000 pounds and 9 feet in height. Please call for additional information.

  • Do you sell tires?

    We do not sell tires. However, we can assist with installing your spare tire if one is available.

  • Do you service semi trucks or box trucks?

    Our services are limited to light-duty towing. We do not provide towing for semi trucks or box trucks.
